I hope everyone had a great day yesterday and remembered to take a moment to themselves to do something that they enjoy, and improves your mental health and well-being.
In Year 6, we spoke about what mental health and well-being means, and what strategies we can use to improve our mental health. Some of the ideas we came up with were exercise and having fun!
So as part of our PE lesson we played some team building games that were all about having fun and helping to improve our mental health!
