Dear Parents/Carers,

We are pleased to inform you that we have secured our seats for the West End performance of Frozen on Thursday 18^th May.

We will be catching the 5:16pm train from Borehamwood to St Pancras London. Please drop your child to the entrance of Borehamwood station at 5pm to ensure we are on the train promptly, unfortunately we cannot wait for late comers.

Once at St. Pancras we will walk to the underground and take the Picadilly line straight to Covent Garden then walk the short distance to the Theatre Royal Drury Lane.

 The performance begins at 7pm and lasts 2:30 mins including one interval. We will be leaving the theatre at approximately 9:30pm and will then take the same route home, planning to catch the 22:18 train back from St. Pancras to Borehamwood arriving at 22:42. Please pick your children up from the station. We will update the school Jotter with any delays.

Please ensure your children have eaten dinner before arriving at the station. They can bring a small bag with a bottle of water and a snack but need no money and cannot bring mobile phones or electricals.

All children must wear full school uniform.

We will be offering a soft start on Friday 19th May for children to arrive at school by 10am due to the late return of the trip.
