Dear Parents/Carers,
We are delighted to invite you to the EYFS (Nursery and Reception) Christmas Play, which will take place today, Tuesday 12th November 2023 at 2 pm and tomorrow Wednesday 13th November 2023 at 11am.
The children have been eagerly preparing for this festive performance, and their excitement is contagious. To ensure smooth proceedings, please take note of the following important information:
- Today, 12/12/2023, gates will be open at 1:45pm and will close promptly at 2pm, to avoid distractions while the children’s presentation. Tomorrow, Wednesday,13/12/2023, gates will be open at 10:45am and will close promptly at 11am
- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum capacity 70 seats, no stands will be permitted.
- Photography and video are allowed but kindly refrain from using flash to avoid distractions.
IMPORTANT:
Nursery: *On Tuesday 12/12/2023, Children that attend for just the morning session (finish at 12pm) are invited to return at 1:30pm to be part of the play that start at 2pm. After the play the children will leave the hall, please find your way out on the side of the stage and walk to KS1 playground to collect your child. (Remember they need to change!)
* On Wednesday 13/12/2023, if your child attends just the morning session (finish at 12pm), after the play the children will leave the hall, please find your way out on the side of the stage and walk to KS1 playground to collect your child. (Remember they need to change!) If your child is 30hrs, they will stay at school as normal.
Reception: * On Tuesday 12/12/2023, after the play and the children has left the hall, please find your way out on the side of the stage and walk to KS1 playground to collect your child. (Remember they need to change!)
* On Wednesday 13/12/2023, after the play, your child will return to class as normal for lunch and afternoon session and will be due to pick-up at 3:15pm
