Good afternoon,

Just a reminder to please not bring in toys from home. We can not guarantee they won't get lost or broken so it is best to keep nice things at home. I am happy for the children to bring in a special comfort toy that can stay in their bag if they would find it easier to transition.

Secondly, a polite request for drop off - it can be difficult for the children having lots of different adults in the room, so if you can leave once the children are at their activity and happy. We have to make sure that the school gates are closed and locked (to ensure the safety of all the children) at 9:15 and this is difficult if parents are still in the class or on the playground. It also makes transition easier and we can make sure all the children are settled and on task.
