FAO: Whole School : Don’t Forget Your Halloween Tickets!21 October 2024 (by Amy Salsbury (admin)) |
Dear Parents/Carers,
Just a quick reminder that our Super Spook Disco is happening this Thursday, 24th October, and we’d love to see everyone there! If you haven’t purchased your tickets yet, please make sure to do so as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute rush.
It’s going to be a fun-filled evening of dancing with our spootastic Mr Haswell, costumes, and Halloween magic – you won’t want to miss it!
Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage One
3:30pm-4:15pm
Please bring fancy dress costumes into school on Thursday 24th October as the children will change in their classrooms at the end of the school day. The children will then be led to the school hall for the disco. Please collect your child promptly from the school office at 4:15pm. Prior to the disco, the class teacher may reach out to some parents to kindly inform them if their presence is needed to ensure their child can attend and participate safely.
Key Stage Two
4:30pm-5:15pm
You will need to collect your child at the end of the school day as usual. Children can go home and change into their Halloween costumes. The children will need to arrive back at school via the key stage 2 gate into the school hall with their wristbands. The event finishes at 5:15 pm so please be prompt to collect from the school office.
Wristbands
This year, instead of paper tickets it will be coloured wristbands — Orange for Key Stage 1 and Purple for Key Stage 2. Tickets (wristbands) will go on sale from Wednesday 16th October 2024 from the school office, and can be purchased for CASH ONLY. If you wish for your child to attend, please ensure you buy a ticket/wristbands . If your child loses their wristbands , you will need to purchase a replacement from the school office. Please note, children will not be allowed to participate without a wristbands .
Thank you for your support, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
