Dear Parents/Carers,

We are delighted to let you know that Santa Claus will be visiting Saffron Green on Thursday 18th December. and we want you to have a memory of it for free.

As part of our new approach this year, every class will have a Class Photo with Santa. This photo will then be shared via email with all families in that class (for example, the Year 1 Class Photo will be emailed to all Year 1 parents).

If you do NOT want your child to be included in their Class Photo, it is essential that you inform the school by Wednesday 17th December, via email , call or coming to the school office.

If we do not receive a message from you by this date, we will assume that you give consent and your child will be included in the photo.

Please note that parents of children who are absent on the day, or who have not given consent, will not receive the Class Photo by email.

If you child is in the photo, we aim for you to receive it maximum the following Tuesday, and this Photo must not be shared on Social Media .
